How to buy online
Requirements for purchasing tickets online:
• Personal details of each traveler, including name and surname, and the identification document (ID, national ID card, or passport) they will use for the trip.
• A valid payment method: credit card, debit card, or Mercado Pago account.
• A valid email address for the delivery of electronic tickets.
Access the service finder
Choose origin, destination, and date, then select the time.
Passengers
Complete the details of the travelers.
Seat selection
Choose where you want to sit on your outbound and/or return trip.
Payment Method
Select the payment method and proceed to complete the details of the credit or debit cardholder.
E-ticket
Make your payment and your e-ticket will appear for boarding. You will receive a copy of the payment and your e-ticket (boarding pass) in your email inbox.
Travel´s date
Just show up with your ID, national ID card, or passport directly at the bus. The attendant will ask for the E-tickets and that's it. Let's go! No need to print anything.
